I’m not quite following this. So you're too big a sissy to say what it is you're sick of hearing about...but you're not too big a sissy to stay behind on the burning ship so that everyone else can watch you party hard while the ship goes down? And does this blog entry really qualify as “going down with the ship?” I mean, if you won't say what you're sick of hearing about, doesn't that just make you like one of the guys who keeps his mouth shut and gets on the lifeboat anyway so that he won't die (or suffer "complete career collapse")? Listen, if you're so worried about your career that you won't stand up for what you believe or think (even on your own blog), then you ARE Hollywood. Saying nothing for fear of ridicule IS getting on the bandwagon. It’s like all those countries saying, “well, we don’t like terrorism either, but we don’t want to join you in fighting it.” If they’re not with us, they’re against us. Anyway, I’ll tell ya…I'm sick of hearing about global warming, too (though, mostly, I'm just sick of hearing Al Gore's annoying voice saying things that aren’t true and spewing lifestyle advice that’s inconsistent with the way he lives his own life). If you're interested in the "cooler" side of this “hot” issue, you should check out Chris Horner's book, The Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming. Chris is one of my clients, and his book has been on the NYTimes bestseller list for 21 weeks now. That’s almost half a year as a bestseller.
