Just wanted to give a shout out and say thanks. I’m sitting here at home thinking of you, racking my brain trying to conjure up something significant to leave you with tonight. It came to me that I am not writing to you, I am writing to “us”. This post does just as much for me as it does to you. No matter how old I get, just turned 26 by the way, I still want someone to talk to. I want to thrust something out on the web in order to appease something inside me that needs to believe that everyone is just like me. We all want something to believe in and we all want to know that we are significant. Well, tonight, I just want to tell you that YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH. No matter where you come from or what you have been thru, you are an amazing unique person that has immeasurable worth and value beyond your wildest dreams. No one is like you. You have a unique smile, look, attitude, outlook and way about you that is breathtaking to your Creator. Don’t ever fall for the lie that you are just a number, a random chance, or a blip in human history. I need you, and you need me. We make a colorful pallet of colors that this earthly mirage will never really convey properly. I love ya (if I say “I love you” it makes me feel too vulnerable) Anyway, have a good one, and thanks fort letting “us” (me) feel significant tonight!

It’s your cousin, Rick. Just wanted to drop you a line and say…Looks like I do know your name!!! Who’s laughing now? You rock. Don’t give me any attitude. I love you and think you are awesome. Thanks for listening to my music and liking it. You are now famous because I put you on Rick Stump’s blog. Everyone will be talking about it at school next year. (J/K) I could tell when I saw you at the show the other night that you are really cool and unique. You got a calculated yet reserved way about you. (You’re like the girl version of James Bond) I bet you have a clever sense of humor. What is your favorite song? Let me know or I will give you a Wet Willy and put mud in your bed.

I get more and more T-O hearing about certain subjects about things that everyone (Hollywood) feels are very important on a global scale. I am too afraid to say exactly what I am sick of hearing about. It is the “sacred calf” right now and saying anything negative about it would constitute complete career collapse and utter annihilation. I am too big of a sissy to touch it, but I would sure love to. I don’t care at all about it, and I don’t believe it exists anyway. I got way more shallow fish to fry. I guess what I am saying is that I don’t care. How selfish am I? Probably the most self-centered blind fool that ever walked the earth. My only claim to fame is that I have not jumped on the band wagon with the rest of ya. Now, some of you might say, “if the ship is burning and you deny it and stay on board, you are an idiot”. True, but let me tell you what, I am going to throw the biggest party for “1″ that you have ever seen. While everyone is safe and sound in the life-boats, I will be rummaging through all of their personal items and helping myself to one more steak dinner. Maybe I can even talk the chef into staying behind with me. We could muster up some of the left over aged spirits in the ship’s cellar, and dance ourselves silly as she goes down.

Now, you think I am an extremely greedy and fallen human. I don’t deny that, but while your shivering in the Atlantic, You’ll hear the music sounding, the last remaining flares firing, and a new all time low for humanity. Just cause I’m sick of hearing about it!

Hey All,

It has been too long. Just wanted to say a special thanks to everyone that came out to support the release of “Mission to Find Me”! I hope everyone is enjoying the album. The night was a dream come true and it was a blast to share the music with you. This is only the beginning! I wanted to let you know that we are working on an email list that will inform you of upcoming shows and announcements. We got a lot of your emails at the show, and will be inputting all of the info into the system in the next few weeks. It is so cool that you are joining with us in the early stages! Please feel free to get the word out in any way you can. Let your friends know about the music! Let them know about shows!
